BCAA and Serotonin

When it comes seretonin there are several ways to affect the levels of this. For example, if you eat food that increases insulin spun, the insulin activity as a anabolt signal. Since the BCAA are the building blocks and fuel for the muscles, so BCAA flows to the muscles when insulin is separated.

Then get tryptofan supremacy in the brain, and seretoninnivåene increases. Insulin inhibits the recording of tryptofan in the liver, which amplifies the effect. If you take ALA, which is similar for insulin, you will get a BCAA to flow to the muscles and take the energy you eat, while ALA prevents admission glucose in fat cells.

If you’re looking to buy BCAA you should check out this shop.

Fats also affect seretonin production. When you eat fat increases the amount of free fatty acids. Tryptofan and the free fatty acids bound to proteins in the blood. It is only the free tryptofan proportion that can reach up to the brain and form seretonin. Tryptofan and free fatty acids compete for the same protein. The more free fatty acids as a “steal” protein from tryptofan the more free tryptofaner. This leads to increased tryptofan supply to the brain and seretoninnivåene increased also.

Welcome – lets talk about BCAA!

Welcome to my blog.

I’m BCAA Dude and will talk about Branched Chained Amino Acids – BCAA that is – in this blog.

Since you’re here, I guess you wonder if this shit is any good. Or maybe you just wonder what the hell it is? I’ll try to answer all your questions!

What are the effects of BCAA?

One thing is that branched chain amino acids (BCAA), may affect serotonin levels in the body. Seretonin make us calm, satiated and weary. It gets us to feel at ease.

Seretonin we can get through various sources such as cigarettes, narcotic agents, sugar, etc. In this way we will be depending on these unhealthy things, because they get us to feel good. But the training also provides high seretonin levels.

Training is positive, and it is the positive activities we must grasp in order to increase serotonin levels. Otherwise it will be counterproductive. Monday will not start to smoke, just because nicotine gets us to feel the gusto?

BCAA can change the seretonin levels in the body, because these amino acid affects the brain’s admission of tryptofan. Tryptofan and BCAA in line for admission in the brain. If tryptofan win, we get higher seretoninnivåer.

BCAA – the muscles favorite fuel.

30% of the muscles’s amino acids consists of BCAA. These are very important, because the muscles can be easily used as fuel during physical exertion. The longer you work  out, the more BCAA you burn off. This allows tryptofan get the upper hand, and seretonin levels increases. The fact that you often are tired and feel full immediately after the training is precisely because of the increase of seretonin levels. To postpone fatigue can you take supplements of BCAA.

I’ll continue talking about this in the next post.
